- Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered! We’ll help you with your luggage and provide baby/booster seats to keep your little ones safe and comfortable.

- Any additional stop within 2km will be charged at SGD10 per stop. More than 2km will be charged at SGD20 per stop. (maximum 2 extra stops)

- Midnight Surcharge 23:30hrs – 06:30hrs additional SGD12
- All airport arrival bookings have grace period of 60 minutes waiting time once actual flight lands thereafter SGD10 for every 10 minutes block will be charged to the total bill (maximum 2 waiting blocks). Charges will automatically convert to hourly booking after exceeding the 2nd block of waiting time.

The maximum luggage allowance shown for each vehicle is based on safety, so we strongly advise you not to exceed the limit. Our chauffeurs retain the right to refuse the service based on the amount of additional luggage and excess luggage may also result in additional charges. If you are not familiar with the vehicle maximum luggage allowance, please contact us and we would be glad to assist you.
Can we put the luggage on the seat?
No. All luggage and hard bulky items are to be placed safely at the boot. Placing luggage/bulky items on the seat will risk scratching the leather and staining of the vehicle seats and could impact insurance claims in the event of an accident as it blocks the vehicle airbags and exit door.
Can I book a vehicle per hour?
Yes. Our vehicles can be booked by the hour and fee depends on the size and the model of the vehicle. We require the minimum of three hours for the hourly service.
When do I receive my booking confirmation?
Reservation confirmation are sent via WhatsApp/Email immediately after our booking procedure is completed from your side.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be made through via WhatsApp or by email. It must be notified to us 24 hours prior to pick-up time. Cancellations notified less than the above mentioned time periods will incur charges at 100% of the booking price.
