Can we put the luggage on the seat?
No. All luggage and hard bulky items are to be placed safely at the boot. Placing luggage/bulky items on the seat will risk scratching the leather and staining of the vehicle seats and could impact insurance claims in the event of an accident as it blocks the vehicle airbags and exit door.
Do you charge outskirt surcharge for maxi taxi?
Yes, for far locations only. 90% of bookings in Central, East, North-East have no surcharge. We charge $10-$15 one-way for Zone 1-2 areas like Jurong, Woodlands, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok.
This covers the driver’s travel time back to city and ERP/tolls. We always tell you the surcharge in your quote before you confirm. No hidden fees.
Why is there an outskirt surcharge?
Because driving to Tuas or Woodlands takes 30-60min one way. Without surcharge, drivers lose 2 hours and cannot take other jobs.
The small surcharge helps us keep our maxi cab service 24/7 islandwide.
Are baby seats available?
Yes, baby and booster seats are available on request for SGD 15–20. Please specify when making your booking.
Is there a waiting time charge?
Yes, there may be a waiting time charge if your driver has to wait beyond a specified period. Maximum 2 waiting blocks thereafter, driver reserves the right to stand down and the booking will be considered as No Show – 100% charge applies. New booking will require new fare.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be made through via WhatsApp or by email. It must be notified to us 24 hours prior to pick-up time. Cancellations notified less than the above mentioned time periods will incur charges at 100% of the booking price.
