For meet & greet service, where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
For meet & greet service, our chauffeur will be inside the airport, at the exit after the baggage claim with a personalised pickup name board.
I do not require meet and greet service for arrival booking. Where do i meet the driver?
Different terminals have different pick up points. Once your flight landed, our chauffeur will WhatsApp you and advice further on the pick up point. For tourist, do make sure you have your data running and able to receive WhatsApp once landed in Singapore.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be made through via WhatsApp or by email. It must be notified to us 24 hours prior to pick-up time. Cancellations notified less than the above mentioned time periods will incur charges at 100% of the booking price.
