- Midnight/Late Night Surcharge (23:30hrs – 06:30hrs) additional $12/hr
- Public Holiday/Peak Season Surcharge additional $10
- Super Peak Period Surcharge additional 50% – 100%
- Cancellation can be made through via WhatsApp or by email. It must be notified to us 12 hours prior to pick-up time. Cancellations notified less than the above mentioned time periods will incur charges at 100% of the booking price.
- Passengers are counted on a per-head basis. Overloading of passengers could impact insurance claims in the event of an accident
- Luggage must be stacked properly to maintain safety & visibility. Improper stacking could impact insurance claims in the event of an accident
Do take note that Cube-Shape luggage/odd size luggage (such as RIMOWA, LOJEL, etc.) are classified as XL. This is due to their wider depth which occupies more space.
