Fast and easy to book. Nasri is very professional and assist with loading/unloading of luggage. He is also knowledgeable with flight information and punctual with the pick-up time. Vehicle is extremely clean and well maintained. He does a check, ensuring no belongings are left in vehicle before leaving.

From booking to end of the trip, it was all easy and smooth sailing. The cab (7 seater) was so clean and comfortable, a nice experience after a long flight. Driver (Nasri) was pleasant, professional and helpful to put the luggages in and out of the cab. Overall a great experience.

I keyed in the wrong time, pm instead of am. When I discovered my mistake, I was able to get a new booking within 10 minutes even though it was before 7am. The driver arrived within 20 minutes and I was able to catch my flight in time. Thank you MaxiCab!

Driver Nasri was very courteous and pleasant. He helped us stack up our luggages neatly and the ride to and from the airport was very smooth and comfortable. We initially only book our ride to the airport but after observing the excellent services, we decided to book the return trip. Great job. Keep it up.

Very responsive and attentive. I booked the 9 seater maxi cab few times. The van is clean and spacious. Big space for luggages. Driver always arrive on time and polite. Will definetly use their service again when im back to singapore

What is the difference between Alphard and Vellfire?

Same chassis, same interior space, same comfort. Alphard is classic luxury look, Vellfire is sportier. We assign based on availability, both have pilot seats and same luggage space. You can request but not guarantee.

How many passengers can Alphard accommodate?

6 seats total = 5 passengers + 1 driver. Best for 4 pax with luggage. For 5 pax: 2 in captain seats, 2-3 in rear, limited space for luggage. If you have more than 5 large bags, consider 7 or 13 seater.

What amenities available?

Pilot seats with ottoman, leather, dual-zone aircon, USB, privacy curtains, tinted windows, bottled water for corporate/VIP, suit-wearing chauffeur.

Can I book for airport transfers?

Yes, our main service. Changi Airport, Seletar, fixed price, 60 mins free waiting, flight tracking, driver waits at arrival hall.

What if I have more luggage than the luggage allowance?

Alphard fits 4 large check-in bags if 3rd row folded (4 pax). For 5 pax with luggage, kindly book the next higher capacity vehicle. Tell us bags count on WhatsApp, we will advise if you need 7 seater, 13 seater or 2 vehicles.

Can we put the luggage on the seat?

No. All luggage and hard bulky items are to be placed safely at the boot. Placing luggage/bulky items on the seat will risk scratching the leather and staining of the vehicle seats and could impact insurance claims in the event of an accident as it blocks the vehicle airbags and exit door.
